Welcome to Cadet Peak Performance Program. By enrolling in our personal training programs, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1-Deposit Requirement:A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the program. This deposit must be paid no later than one week before the program start date. Failure to pay the deposit by specified deadline may result in the loss of your spot within the program.

2-Payment and Refund Policy: Once you have paid the deposit and enrolled in the program, no refunds will be issued unless medical reasoning with doctors note. The full program fee must be paid at the time of enrollment or create a payment plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of the program.

3-Program Commitment:By enrolling in this program, you commit ti participating fully and adhering to the training schedule and guidelines provided by your trainer.Consistent attendance and effort are essential for achieving your fitness goals. Failure to adhere to the program result in suboptimal results.

4-Health And Safety:You are responsible for informing your trainer of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate in the program. Your trainer will provide exercises and modifications as needed to ensure your safety. However you are ultimately responsible for listening to your body and avoiding activities that may cause harm.

5-Liability Waiver:By participating in the program, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise. Cadet Peak Performance and the trainer/s are NOT liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other health related issues that may arise during or after the program.

6-Confidentiality:All personal information and data shared with Cadet Peak Performance will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing personalized training services.

7-Changes to Terms and Conditions:Cadet Peak Performance reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
